How soon I expect to see results?

This is because the main focus of our social media management service is to develop your brand’s followers, engagement, and word-of-mouth. Do you produce original social media content?

Yes, we have a network of photographers and videographers we can call on when the creative requires something location specific.

Can I review the content before you post?

Yes, before we schedule your campaign we send the newly designed social posts for your approval.

What do you need to run my social media campaign?

Apart from access to your social account, it helps to provide us with lifestyle images, ideas for content, a website, a blog and anything else that will aid us in running the campaign. We will also need information about your target audience. We will send you a questionnaire to fill on at the start of the campaign.

Do I get to see post before they are published?

We can provide you with a list of posts one week in advance of them being published. This gives you a chance to review content and make comments.

Can I cancel anytime?

Pay as you go customers can cancel with one weeks notice. As we schedule one week in advance, you maybe charged for a small amount of work carried out in the month you cancel.

Clients on a 6 month contract will need to discuss a cancelation with us and this will be concluded on a case by case basis.

What should I do before I call for help?

When possible, write down any information about error messages and take screen shots your issue. Next, attempt to recreate the issue. Often times, it helps to close the program and restart the computer to reset the system, and possibly resolve the problem.

What type of results can I expect?

The key performance indicators we look at are followers, engagement, and website traffic. All 3 of these metrics influence sales in the long-term. You will see these metrics increasing monthly, and we will track our progress to see how this is working for you.

How many conversations can I expect?

The amount of conversions will also vary. We will be able to track the amount of conversions from our ads. This will allow us to use performance data of our ad campaigns to make gradual improvements. In consideration of this, we believe your conversion rate will increase over time.

However, it is important to note that there are external factors that impact conversions that we do not control. This includes the price, product quality, website destination, and market you are competing in.

Do you need content from me?

It’s not a necessary requirement, but you may provide us with any material you’d like to – texts, photos, or any other information. This would really help to make your social networks authentic and credible.

How will you get to know about my business?

We will learn your business by sending you a questionnaire. Upon completion, we will schedule a kickoff call with you to discuss the questionnaire and any additional questions may have about your business. After the kickoff call, we will do more research and develop a strategy that is specific to your business.

How do I make payment?

We will send you an invoice at the beginning of each month, we accept BACS payment and PayPal.
